DMON LM1240W 12×40W RGBW Zoom Wash Moving Head Light
The Dmon LM1240W is a 12×40W RGBW zoom wash moving head light with individual pixel control, 4°–60° zoom, and beam-wash blending effects. With flicker-free dimming and DMX512/RDM control, the LM1240W delivers even, adjustable wash coverage that can also blend into tighter beam-like looks from the same fixture.
- 4°–60° zoom range — adjusts from tight beam-like output to wide wash coverage in one fixture
- Beam-wash blending — smooth transitions between beam and wash looks without switching fixtures
- Individual pixel control — built-in chase and strobe programs without external programming
- Flicker-free dimming (1.2–25 kHz) — camera-ready output for broadcast and video work
We offer comprehensive after-sales services, including installation guidance and technical support. Our products also come with a specified warranty period to ensure a worry-free experience for our customers.
Function Description
A dedicated wash fixture covers large areas but can't tighten into a beam-like look, and vice versa for a dedicated beam fixture. The LM1240W's 4°–60° zoom with beam-wash blending lets designers move between the two looks on the same unit, cutting down on how many fixture types a rig needs.
Filming under LED fixtures often means dealing with visible flicker on camera. The LM1240W's dimming runs at 1.2–25 kHz, keeping output flicker-free across a wide dimming range — so the fixture stays camera-ready without needing to match frame rates manually.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the LM1240W be controlled by third-party lighting consoles?
Yes. It runs on standard DMX512 protocol with selectable 19 CH or 67 CH modes, and supports bi-directional RDM, compatible with any DMX/RDM-compliant console on the market.
What does beam-wash blending do?
The LM1240W can transition smoothly between a tighter, beam-like output and a wide, even wash — allowing designers to move between the two looks on the same fixture rather than switching between separate beam and wash units.
Does the LED source need to be replaced like a traditional lamp?
No. The LM1240W uses 12×40W RGBW LEDs rated for approximately 30,000 hours, significantly longer than a traditional discharge lamp, with no scheduled lamp replacement required under normal use.
Can this fixture be used outdoors?
The standard unit is rated IP20 (indoor use). An optional rain cover upgrades protection to IP44 for semi-outdoor applications such as covered stages or canopy installations. It is not rated for fully exposed outdoor use.
Do you offer OEM/ODM or custom branding?
Yes. We support OEM/ODM services including custom logo, packaging, and configuration for bulk orders. Contact us for MOQ details.
What's the warranty and how does after-sales support work?
2-year warranty with 3-business-day response commitment. Parts are supplied at cost price, and we guarantee parts availability for 5 years after any model is discontinued.
