If a fixture breaks down after I receive it, what happens?
For most after-sales cases, we first help identify the problem through photos, videos or a video call. If a replacement part is needed, we can supply compatible spare parts and technical guidance without requiring the complete fixture to be returned in many cases. Warranty coverage and part cost depend on the product, cause of failure and order terms.
Can I order one unit to test before committing to a bulk order?
Sample orders are available for many models. For distributors or OEM buyers, testing a sample can be useful for checking output, functions, build quality and compatibility before confirming a larger order. Sample availability and lead time depend on the model and configuration.
How long before my order ships?
Lead time depends on stock status, quantity and customization requirements. Standard products can usually be prepared faster than OEM or customized orders. We confirm the expected production and shipping schedule before the order is finalized.
I am importing into Southeast Asia, the Middle East, or Europe. Will your products clear customs?
Depending on the product, we can provide available certification and compliance documents such as CE, RoHS, FCC and relevant company documentation. Import requirements vary by country and product, so buyers should also confirm any local requirements before shipment.
What is the minimum order for OEM or custom logo stage lighting products?
MOQ depends on the product and the type of customization. Logo printing, startup-screen branding, packaging and more extensive configuration changes may have different minimum quantities. Mixed-model orders can also be discussed depending on the project.
How long do the lamps last, and are they covered under warranty?
Lamp life depends on the light source and operating conditions. For example, some Philips or Osram discharge lamps have a manufacturer-rated service life, but actual life can vary with usage, cooling and maintenance. Lamps are consumable parts, so warranty treatment is different from the fixture itself.
After I place an order, who do I contact if something goes wrong?
You can continue working with the sales contact handling your order, who will coordinate with our technical or production team when needed. Support can be provided through email, WhatsApp, photos, videos or video calls depending on the issue.
Can I visit your factory before placing an order?
Yes. DMON Lighting is based in Guangzhou, China, and factory visits can be arranged in advance. Buyers can see the production area, testing process and current product samples during the visit.
What is the difference between a wash moving head and a bee-eye moving head?
A wash moving head is mainly used for smooth, even color coverage across performers, scenery or larger stage areas. A bee-eye moving head can also create wash coverage, but adds rotating lens, beam and pixel-style effects. For general stage coverage, a wash fixture is often simpler; for concerts and visual-effect programming, a bee-eye usually offers more creative options.
What should I check when choosing a framing moving head light?
Look beyond LED wattage. Important points include shutter accuracy, zoom range, focus stability, optical quality, CRI, color system and movement repeatability. For theaters and fixed installations, clean framing edges and reliable shutter positioning are especially important.
Do spot and gobo moving heads also have beam functions?
Yes, many spot and gobo moving heads combine more than one function. Depending on the model, they may include beam, spot, gobo projection, prism, zoom and even wash effects. The exact feature combination depends on the fixture design and light source.
