Built with Checks at Every Key Stage

From incoming components to final packing, each production stage includes specific checks before the fixture moves forward.

Incoming Component Inspection

Key components are checked against the required specification before they enter production, helping keep the configuration consistent from the start.

PCB Inspection & Testing

Boards are inspected and tested before final assembly so electrical issues can be identified earlier in the production process.

Fixture Assembly

Assembly follows the BOM and production requirements for each model, with checks carried out as the fixture moves through the line.

Optical Alignment

Lenses, gobos and light-source positioning are checked so beam shape, focus and optical performance stay within the intended setup.

48-Hour Aging Test

Fixtures are run through an aging test before shipment so stability, cooling and key functions can be checked under extended operation.

Function & DMX Testing

Pan, tilt, zoom, color, gobo, strobe and DMX functions are checked according to the fixture configuration before final inspection.

Final Appearance Inspection

Surface finish, connectors, labels, logos and other visible details are checked before the fixture is approved for packing.

Packaging & Shipment

Fixtures are packed according to the selected carton or flight-case option, with the required product and shipping documents prepared for the order.
