DMON LM3740PF 37×40W RGBW IP65 Outdoor Rotating Big Eye Moving Head Light
The Dmon LM3740PF is an IP65-rated outdoor waterproof rotating big eye moving head light powered by 37×40W RGBW LEDs. With a rotating front lens producing vortex and kaleidoscope effects, individual pixel/ring control, and up to 170+ DMX channels in advanced mode, the LM3740PF brings high-output pixel-mapped visual effects to outdoor rigs without needing a rain cover.
- IP65 rated — true outdoor waterproof protection, no rain cover required
- Rotating front lens array — spinning visual texture for vortex and kaleidoscope effects
- 37×40W RGBW output — high-intensity pixel array for large-scale outdoor productions
- Magnetic encoder positioning — accurate, repeatable movement outdoors
We offer comprehensive after-sales services, including installation guidance and technical support. Our products also come with a specified warranty period to ensure a worry-free experience for our customers.
Function Description
Most rotating-lens pixel fixtures are built for indoor use and need a rain cover the moment a show moves outdoors. The LM3740PF is IP65 from the factory, built to sit in an exposed outdoor rig through wind and rain without extra weatherproofing or downtime.
Standard positioning motors can drift after repeated outdoor use, especially with temperature swings. The LM3740PF uses magnetic encoder positioning with reinforced silent motors, keeping pan/tilt movement accurate even after long-term exposure to the elements.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the LM3740PF truly rated for outdoor use?
Yes. The LM3740PF is IP65-rated from the factory, built for direct exposure to rain and outdoor conditions without an additional rain cover.
What does the rotating front lens do?
The rotating front lens physically spins, adding a moving visual layer to the fixture's built-in vortex and kaleidoscope programs — texture that a static-lens fixture can't produce.
Can the LM3740PF be controlled by third-party lighting consoles?
Yes. It runs on standard DMX512 protocol with 22 CH Basic mode plus 12 selectable advanced modes, and supports bi-directional RDM, compatible with any DMX/RDM-compliant console on the market.
Does the LED source need to be replaced like a traditional lamp?
No. The LM3740PF uses 37×40W RGBW LEDs rated for ≥30,000 hours, significantly longer than a traditional discharge lamp, with no scheduled lamp replacement required under normal use.
Do you offer OEM/ODM or custom branding?
Yes. We support OEM/ODM services including custom logo, packaging, and configuration for bulk orders. Contact us for MOQ details.
What's the warranty and how does after-sales support work?
2-year warranty with 3-business-day response commitment. Parts are supplied at cost price, and we guarantee parts availability for 5 years after any model is discontinued.
