Function Description
Most pixel and bee-eye fixtures are built for indoor use and need a rain cover the moment a show moves outdoors. The LM1940PF is IP65 from the factory, built to sit in an exposed outdoor rig through wind and rain without extra weatherproofing or downtime.
Standard positioning motors can drift after repeated outdoor use, especially with temperature swings. The LM1940PF uses magnetic encoder positioning with reinforced silent motors, keeping pan/tilt movement accurate even after long-term exposure to the elements.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the LM1940PF truly rated for outdoor use?
Yes. The LM1940PF is IP65-rated from the factory, built for direct exposure to rain and outdoor conditions without an additional rain cover.
Can the LM1940PF be controlled by third-party lighting consoles?
Yes. It runs on standard DMX512 protocol with multiple selectable channel modes (22 CH to 36 CH, with RGB/RGBW variants), and supports bi-directional RDM, compatible with any DMX/RDM-compliant console on the market.
Does the LED source need to be replaced like a traditional lamp?
No. The LM1940PF uses 19×40W RGBW LEDs rated for approximately 30,000 hours, significantly longer than a traditional discharge lamp, with no scheduled lamp replacement required under normal use.
What's the difference between the various DMX channel modes?
The 22 CH and 36 CH base modes offer standard control, while the RGB and RGBW variants add simplified color-only channel layouts — useful for integrating with different console templates without needing full-featured control.
Do you offer OEM/ODM or custom branding?
Yes. We support OEM/ODM services including custom logo, packaging, and configuration for bulk orders. Contact us for MOQ details.
What's the warranty and how does after-sales support work?
2-year warranty with 3-business-day response commitment. Parts are supplied at cost price, and we guarantee parts availability for 5 years after any model is discontinued.
